Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are accepted on all purchases through the Surf Ratz website, in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

What this means to you

You may return any item within 14 days of placing your order for a full refund.

Items must be returned in an unused, in their packaging and in a resalable condition.

Any claim for damage or shortages in your order must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Our returns policy is in line with current UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. Your statutory rights are not affected.

You MUST contact sales@surf-ratz.com and get confirmation of your intent to return your order. We will provide further assistance upon contact.

Please include your name, address, order number, the date order was placed and which method of payment you used to make your purchase.

In order to give our customers the highest quality merchandise, we’d appreciate it if you could provide your reason for return.

Return delivery charges are not refundable.

If your purchase is defective or in our error, we will refund all charges, including RETURN DELIVERY.
